Château La Caille Enchanté
Made from Seyval Blanc grapes grown locally in our 3.5 acre estate
vineyard, this wine captures the magic of La Caille. Light pale straw in color with aromas of white flesh fruits, melon, and honeysuckle accompanied by subtle floral notes. A bright palate of tangy citrus – tangerine and Meyer lemon zest is followed by wet stone and dried fig, leading to a lingering mineral-laced bracing finish.

Château La Caille Rosé
Made from a blend of the Dornfelder and Seyval Blanc grapes grown
locally in our 3.5 acre estate vineyard. Vibrant pink in color. Hints of Meyer lemon and strawberries. A palate of blueberries and a hint of spice. The perfect wine for a hot summer night, or cozied up to the fireplace.

2022 Russian River Valley Pinot Noir
Sourced from select vineyards in California's Russian River Valley, this classic wine embraces traditional Burgundian vinification methods. Medium body, aromas of raspberry, dark cherry, and dark earth with seamless French oak leads to a lengthy finish.

2019 Merlot
This Yountville merlot has vivid shades of crimson. Whiffs of black cherry, dark chocolate, and mocha. Flavors of plum and blueberry. This sleek and opulent wine leaves you with a structured and creamy finish.

2021 Choix Évident
Our proprietary blend of classic red varietals is sourced from select AVAs of the Columbia Valley. Deep ruby color, complex nose of dark fruit, anise cedar, and earth. A polished and silky texture reveals an astonishingly memorable finish.

2020 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
This Mt. Veeder Cabernet Sauvignon is deep purple with aromas of mountain blueberries and blackberries. The palate exhibits cassis, black cherries, with a touch of oak spice, followed by a creamy milk chocolate finish.
